Easton Bevins Block Management can advise and arrange the preparation of specifications for tender and the organisation of statutory Section 20 Notices and consultation periods as prescribed by the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 when large projects require this. 

All our registered Contractors adhere to strict health and safety procedures and we request copies of relevant Insurance certificates. Review of Contractors standards is paramount to our service. 

All legal compliances are reviewed by the Block Managers to ensure the safety, inspection and testing of on site equipment e.g. Lift safety, fire alarm testing, emergency lighting to ensure the safety of residents at all times.
